Semester one
Seems like a while ago since school started in august and now it's the long awaited term break. In these 3 months, I've covered almost everything I did in my 2 years of JC. In fact these months was about having long breaks, enduring the long journeys to the west, having late nights in schools and sleepless nights rushing projects and I guess it's about the same for everyone else. But I feel that I really enjoyed the few months there because most of my friends are damn nice and supportive and it made my life in NIE alot easier to go on despite the crazy workload.
The most memorable time I had in NIE is probably the entire course of my 102 project. Our meetings are often unproductive cause we always find ourselves laughing at everything no matter how hard we try to be serious. Seriously is over things that are damn fei one. So our presentation day was on a Thursday, and we found ourselves rushing our project till 1.40 am on Wed! This is damn sucky but my project mate bothered to sent me home at that unearthly hour and my other mates bothered to ensure that all of us got home safely and I felt that such gesture was very consoling in a situation like that. So i got home at 3+am, slept at 4 and got up at 7 and left for school for the presentation. and i'm very thankful that our closeness did not end with the module though our timetables do not really permit us to have much frequent interactions together.
Then was the post-projects-rushing-reports period. Once again, things was made less bitter w my friends going through it together with me. Can't imagine how bad it would be if I have to face them alone.
And finally! All the projects and reports were completed and it was the time to eat and digest our notes. There was totally no time for us to prepare for the exams during the term time cause of the projs and reports so we were only left with approx 1.5weeks to cover everyth and it was damn torturous to study for the subjects taught by the very fei lecturers and tutors ):
and now everything's over! so hectic and fast-paced that I can't believe it's only been 3 months + since school started. But anyway I would consider it a pretty great journey and I'm crossing my fingers and praying hard that I will still be blessed with such nice course and project mates next sem!
